It’s a family affair

Frenchie Pizza is the fourth business in the Buschtetz Family Restaurant Group, which
also owns B Gastrobar and Copper & Logs in Gilbert as well as Cuisine & Wine Bistro in
Chandler. Owners Fabrice and Máiréad Buschtetz, who moved to the Valley from
France in 2013, bought the location from the former owners a few months back. Chef Fabrice is the executive chef of Frenchie Pizza.

Fabrice Buschtetz

Frenchie Pizza Executive Chef Fabrice Buschtetz has a long history of rich and varied culinary experiences. At age 16, he began as an apprentice in a strictly traditional French restaurant while attending culinary school, and he opened his first restaurant at age 18.

Through the years, he’s worked in kitchens at Middle Eastern and Japanese restaurants and lived in four countries, giving him a deep understanding and appreciation of global flavors.

He’s excited to bring one of his country’s most-loved specialties to Phoenix food lovers.
